Rodney L. Anthony, DMD

Dr. Anthony has been in practice as an Endodontist for over 22 years. During that time he has completed over 30,000 root canals and 3,500 surgeries and is one of Pinellas County's most experienced Endodontists and microsurgeons. He was born in Two Harbors, Minnesota and raised in Zion, Illinois. 

Dr. Anthony graduated with a BA in Biology from the University of South Florida in 1982. He earned his dental degree from the University of Florida in 1986, and he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society for top ranked dental students. Dr. Anthony earned his Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Louisville in 1988. Dr Anthony also has extensive experience in the surgical arena from his tenure as a surgical assistant before dental school.

Dr. Anthony is a Specialist Member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, and the Upper Pinellas County Dental Association. He has been published in the journal of Oral Surgery Oral Medicine Oral Pathology (OOO; v62, Sept 1986). 

Dr. Anthony has also been featured for many years as one of Tampa Bay Magazine's Top Endodontists. In giving back to the community, Dr. Anthony volunteers his services to the Homeless Emergency Project of Clearwater and the Gulf Coast Dental Outreach Programs. Dr. Anthony is an avid golfer and enjoys boating, scuba diving, attending sporting events, traveling and reading.
